This week we have done an interview with Dimos Dimarogonas who is an Associate professor in Automatic control at the School for Electrical Engineering at KTH. Dimos have done different types of projects using robots and are now working with a project using UAV’s (maybe some of you are more familiar with the term “drones”), which made him interesting for our project.
We have also gotten some responds to the emails we have send out earlier, both from Stora Skuggan and from two people who is non-profit working with urban farming in Detroit.
Beside of this we have also written the short text for the course’s web page and started to look at reports from earlier years in this course to get an idea about how our report are going to look like.
Next week half of the group is going to Bredäng to do a study visit and talk with people who are working with urban farming in their spare time. We have also planned a group meeting at Monday where we are going to make a planning for the rest of the project and discuss how we want to write our report and present our project.
Over all it had not been that much challenges this week.

This is a table we received from Stora Skuggan with what minimum degrees different crops need to be able to grow.
Cool with the list! Looks like a lot is able to grow in quite low temperatures. Otherwise, it seems like you are doing well and have things under control. Keep up the good work!
